Cadence Club Updates 10/1
Good Afternoon, Band Families!
There is a Cadence Club meeting on Tuesday, October 3rd at 7:00 pm in the band room. All parents of band and guard students are welcome to attend. Minutes from the September meeting are attached.
Cadence Club will be feeding the marching band on Friday, October 6th before the away game at Dublin Scioto. Kelly Bischoff has set up a SignUp Genius for food donations, please click HERE if you are able to help with dinner. If you are not able to help with dinner on Friday but have a crockpot, please bring it to the meeting Tuesday, as Kelly needs to borrow 4 large and 1 small. If you have one she can borrow but are unable to come to the meeting Tuesday, please contact her at kabischoff@hotmail.com to make arrangements.
There are still spots available to help with pit – packing and moving front ensemble instruments and other equipment and hanging senior banners for home games. Sign up HERE if you are interested in a field level view of the band.
Lastly, please don’t forget about the Der Dutchman sale, which runs through Monday, October 9th. The order form is attached, and there will be printed copies available in the band room. Please note, due to production times, late orders cannot be accepted. Orders will be ready for pickup Wednesday, October 25th after 4:30pm in the band room. Pies and pumpkin rolls will arrive baked and ready to eat or freeze. Cookie dough arrives frozen.
