I wanted to send out a quick Midweek Update with some exciting things that have been happening and also coming up!
What an amazing first couple days of Pre-Camp. Our students have been doing an absolutely amazing job. We’re already through our Pre-Show and a third of the way through our 1st movement! Truly amazing!
Dine-to-Donate
Join us at Whit’s tonight! I will be scooping Whit’s from 6 – 7:30p tonight. Come get some dessert and support the band!
Show Shirt Store
The show shirt store is reopened. Please make sure to place your orders before Aug. 3. The Marching Band hat is now available for purchase. The hat can be worn with the Summer Uniform and during Football games.
Marching Band Fees
The second payment is due this week. In my previous email I had the incorrect amount due. The correct amount due is $75. I will be sending home with students a remaining balance due this Friday. Please make sure your $40 Food fee is in by the end of this week. These funds go directly into feeding our students next week.
Band Camp Next Week
Next week is Band Camp Week. This is perhaps the most important week of our season. We practice 9a – 8p. Yes these are long days, but we accomplish a lot during this time as well as come closer as an ensemble. Please make sure to be on time and ready to work!
