The Cadence Club is partnering with Volunteers of America (VOA) to collect donated goods. The VOA weighs our donations and writes a check to the band program based on the total weight collected.
When: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 (The night of the Hayes Spring Band Concert)
Time: Donations accepted from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Where: High School Parking Lot (Near the main entrance off Euclid by the offices)
What to Donate: VOA accepts most clothing, household goods, small electronics, and toys.
How to Participate:
- Gather any gently used clothing, household items, or other eligible goods you are willing to donate.
- Bring your donations to the high school for the Hayes Spring Band Concert on May 13.
- Look for the VOA truck in the parking lot in front of High school and drop off your items between 5:30-7:30 p.m.
