Cadence Club is hosting Harmonies and Hot Cakes: The Big Band Breakfast, a fun and delicious fundraising event to support the outstanding band programs at Delaware Hayes High School and Dempsey Middle School.
On Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 9-11 a.m. in the Dempsey Middle School Commons (599 Pennsylvania Ave, Delaware, OH), we’ll bring together our community for live big band music performed by talented middle school and high school musicians, all-you-can-eat hot cakes (pancakes!), and a morning of great vibes. This event raises essential funds that keep our bands thriving and our students growing through music education.
We’re inviting local businesses to become a Table Sponsor for just $100 — a simple, affordable way to show support for our kids while getting your brand noticed by families, parents, students, and neighbors in a positive setting.
Your sponsorship includes:
- A dedicated table where guests will sit to eat their breakfast and enjoy the music — your advertising stays visible the whole time without getting in the way of dining.
- Flexible, eat-friendly display options: Branded centerpiece (small sign, logo item, or themed decor), custom advertising tablecloth or runner, personalized placemats (one per seat with your info/logo/coupon), or other low-profile items like tent cards or stacked flyers/business cards.
- Extra exposure: Place your business cards, coupons, or small promo items by the entrance ticket table as attendees arrive.
