When: 3-6 p.m on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

Entry Cost: $10 – Students must state they are Hayes Marching Band members for the discounted rate.
Cadence Club will provide chips, a s’mores bar, water and apple cider.
Students may arrive at Lehner’s before our reservation time however they may not enter the campfire area until 3pm.
Farm activities, animals from Reptile Adventures 1pm-5pm and country music concert featuring Lee Grant 2pm-5pm are included in admission. Bring a blanket or chair for the concert.
Students may dress in a costume if desired but we will not do a contest this year due to the early date this season.
Please check the farm’s website for a list of food trucks that will be available during the party.

Please note that you are representing the band while attending. All students shall follow the code of conduct for Hayes High School and our band program. No exceptions. We have a great, long standing relationship with the farm.
We will also need a little help with set up and clean up:
- 2 Chaperones needed for setup and supervision: 2:30-4:30 p.m.
- 2 Chaperones needed for supervision and cleanup: 4:30-6:30 p.m.
