Dear Cadence Club Members,
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Cadence Club bylaws, last revised in 2016. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we are required to maintain up-to-date bylaws to reflect our current needs and practices. We are seeking volunteers with an interest in reviewing the bylaws to join a committee. The group will review the bylaws and meet one or two times to combine our thoughts and finalize updated bylaws.
