Cadence Club Updates
Good Afternoon band families!
I hope you are enjoying this Labor Day weekend! More dates have been added to the pit crew/bus chaperone SignUp as we start to look forward to away games and competitions – that SignUp can be found HERE.
We also need parent help with the All Horse Parade on Sunday, September 10th. We need some parents to walk the parade route and keep the students hydrated and we also need donations of bottled water. For parades, please bring in the smaller 8oz bottles; they are much easier to manage for both the parents and the students. The All Horse Parade SignUp can be found HERE.
Cadence Club will meet at 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 5th in the Hayes band room.
Our final mini poster crafting session for all our marching students is on Wednesday, September 6th from 3:00-7:00pm in the Hayes cafeteria. Text Jessica Stewart at (614) 981-3142 if you have questions.
We continue to sell raffle tickets to raise money for the spring Disney Trip (see the Weekly Update for details about the trip). If you have questions about the raffle, please contact Monica Logsdon.
