    Weekly Updates are a weekly communication from the directors. Occasionally there will also be a Mid-Week Update. A Weekly Update will include itineraries, performance locations, report times, food and uniform requirements, and anything else you need for the week.

    Subscription Instructions

    There are three main ways to subscribe to the Hayes Band Public Calendar:

    1. Click the “+ Google Calendar” button at the bottom right of the above embed.
    2. Go to the Google Calendar page for the calendar and click the “+ Google Calendar” button at the bottom right of the calendar.
    3. In your Google Calendar account, click the + icon to the right of the “Other calendars” section on the left and choose the “From URL” option. Copy/paste the following address into the URL box and click the “Add calendar” button:

      https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/pacerbands%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics

      (Note…you can also use the above ICS address to subscribe to the calendar in other non-Google calendaring apps)
