Good Afternoon, band families!
We will not have a Cadence Club meeting this month to allow us to focus on Melodies & Marinara preparation!
With that being said, silent auction basket donations will be accepted on Thursday, January 4th from 5:30-7:00 at Hayes, near the Pacer doors. There has been some confusion about this, as last year’s SignUp is still available and the dates are similar. We will be assembling and valuing baskets on Tuesday, January 9th at 6:30pm. Please come and join us – this went quickly last year and we had a lot of fun getting a sneak peek at the auction items!
There will be a SignUp for the event itself very soon, so if you have been waiting to see what help we need at the event itself, that is in the works.
Tickets are now available HERE, there is a post on Facebook that you can share, and a post on our website as well. Please help us get the word out about this fun and musical event!
