Band Halloween Party 10/29
It’s that time of year!!
Please join us on Sunday, Oct 29 at Lehner’s Pumpkin Farm
Time: students 12-3:30pm
*setup volunteers 11:30am arrival
*tear down begins at 3pm
Admission: $10 at main gates, please be sure to mention you are with Hayes Band to receive this discounted rate. (Your admission also counts toward our minimum required to use the campfire space.)
*This year we will return to the campfire area so please enter at the farm parking lot and not the event building.
A s’mores bar, cocoa, and apple cider will be provided.
Anyone wishing to purchase lunch should bring extra money. As in years past, most farm and barn activities are free.
Our annual costume contest prizes will be awarded at 2pm. Please be sure to have your photo taken at our bonfire site when you arrive to be entered.
