Final June Cadence Club Update
Good Morning band families!
Welcome to marching season – we are excited to begin practices this week ahead of the 4th of July Parade. We need some assistance with the parade: donations of water bottles and some parents to walk with the band and help distribute those water bottles. The sign up is available HERE. If you have questions, respond to this email and I will get you in touch with Devon Kaster, our Field VP.
There is a fundraiser all day at Whit’s on Wednesday, June 28th – you can pick your student up from practice at noon and treat them to something frozen! It will be posted on the band facebook page; please share with local friends and family.
The July 8th car wash is coming up quickly, too! This will be run like the June car wash, but there will also be a food truck in attendance; this is a simple way for students to earn some money towards the Disney trip next spring. We keep records of past emails and links on our website, pacerbands.org, as well as information about fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and explanations of what we do.
Our next meeting was scheduled to be on Tuesday, July 4th, and we have shifted it to Thursday, July 6th at 7:00pm. We will meet in the Hayes band room.
