Melodies & Marinara Returns!
Greetings Band Families –
After an absence of two years, Melodies & Marinara is set to return! My name is Michelle Kapp; I have a freshman and a sophomore in the Hayes bands and have volunteered to chair the M&M committee this year. Historically, this has been a very successful fundraising event for the bands, but it does require many hands to make the work lighter and that is what this email is about. If you have any connections that would be helpful – food service, paper goods, generous donors, or the like, please get in touch! Likewise, if you have a skill or craft to add to the silent auction, or know of a business that would donate to the auction, I would also love that information.
There will be plenty of opportunities to help with the event itself: put together silent auction items, set up for the event itself, help cook and serve dinner, and more!
